FOR ACID RINSING PIPELINES AND BULK TANKS.
Upon completion of milking or emptying bulk tank, thoroughly flush system with warm water. (100°F-110°F/38°C-43°C) Do NOT recycle rinse water. Once rinse water runs clean and clear, wash system with a Vanco liquid C.I.P. cleaner. Follow the instructions found on the C.I.P. label. Rinse with warm or cold water using 1 ounce of VIBRANT to 10 gallons of water. Additional VIBRANT may be
required depending on system and water conditions. Prior to milking, sanitize system according to local Health Department regulations.
FOR ACID CLEANING
Upon completion of milking, thoroughly flush entire pipeline system with warm water. (100°F-110°F/38°C-43°C) Do NOT recycle rinse water. Once rinse water runs clean and clear, wash system with a Vanco liquid C.I.P cleaner. Follow the instructions found on the C.I.P. label. Drain and rinse with water. Wash system with 1 ounce of VIBRANT to 3 gallons of HOT (140°F-160°F/60°C-70°C) water for 8-10 minutes. For heavy deposits, the previous step may need to be repeated until desired results are accomplished. Prior to milking, sanitize system according to local Health Department regulations.
VENOM
ENOM is a concentrated low foaming circulating and spray acid blend developed for challenging applications in the food processing, dairy, beverage and general industry. VENOM contains a balanced blend of phosphoric and citric acids and oil emulsifying wetting agents developed for removal of soap buildup, neutralization of alkaline rinse, de-scaling and rust removal of surfaces.
